I just published version 1.0.22, which now has support for older BCM databases (version “3”) that shipped with BCM for Outlook 2007.

However, custom field data will not be supported for those database versions (only db version 4, from BCM for Outlook 2010+). There are no plans to add support for custom fields in the future.
If you really need the custom field data imported into Outlook Customer Manager, you can try upgrading your database using the Business Contact Manager for Outlook Database Tool and then run my program after is it upgraded. Details on the tool are here: “Description of the Business Contact Manager for Outlook Database Tool“.
Note that I say “try”, because although it worked for one database, it seemed to work with another but something went wrong and the database schema was still too different. I haven’t tried my upgraded tool against that problematic database, so your mileage may vary. Also, good luck trying to run the Database Tool (not mine, Microsoft’s) on Windows 10 – I couldn’t.
